Ingredients

16 oz rotini (I used Jovial GF)
3 cups chicken stock
2 cups shredded chicken
32 oz alfredo sauce
Italian seasoning (to taste)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a 13x9 baking dish, combine the rotini, chicken stock, shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. After 40 minutes, remove the foil and give everything a good mix.
  5. Top with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return the dish to the oven (uncovered) for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Once done, serve hot and enjoy your creamy, cheesy chicken alfredo!

Serving Suggestions

  • Pair with a simple green salad or garlic bread to make the meal complete.
  • Add extra veggies like spinach or mushrooms to the mix before baking for an added nutritional boost.
  • For a spicier kick, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.

This is the perfect comfort food with minimal effort – enjoy!
