Ingredients
16 oz rotini (I used Jovial GF) |
3 cups chicken stock |
2 cups shredded chicken |
32 oz alfredo sauce |
Italian seasoning (to taste) |
Salt & pepper (to taste) |
Mozzarella cheese (for topping) |
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a 13x9 baking dish, combine the rotini, chicken stock, shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, remove the foil and give everything a good mix.
- Top with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
- Return the dish to the oven (uncovered) for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, serve hot and enjoy your creamy, cheesy chicken alfredo!
